1. The service
Mentorella provides business tools for landing pages, funnels, lead capture, follow-up, appointments, partner organization, notifications, analytics and related workflows.
- Mentorella is a business platform, not a guarantee of customers, sales, income, rankings or business results.
- Features may vary by plan, workspace, market, language and availability.
- We may improve, change or discontinue features as the platform develops.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information and keep their login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
- You must not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
- You should choose the correct timezone and language settings for your business and appointments.
3. User content and responsibility
Users control the content they create, publish and share through Mentorella.
- You are responsible for landing page text, funnel steps, claims, images, links, company names, IDs and follow-up messages.
- You must not publish false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, medical, income or compliance-sensitive claims without proper authorization and evidence.
- If you promote third-party companies, you are responsible for following their brand, compliance, advertising and disclosure rules.
4. Independent platform
Mentorella is an independent business platform.
- Mentorella is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by companies that users add to their workspace.
- Users may add their own company names, referral links and IDs, but this does not create a partnership between Mentorella and those companies.
5. Plans, trials and billing
Mentorella may offer free trials, Starter, Pro, Team or other plans.
- Free trial access is limited and may expire automatically.
- Paid plan features, limits and prices may change with notice where required.
- Manual plan activation, plan requests or offline payments may be used until automated payments are enabled.
- If a plan expires or is downgraded, access to certain features may be limited.
6. Leads, appointments and communications
Users who collect leads or appointment requests are responsible for lawful contact and follow-up.
- You must have a lawful basis or consent before contacting leads where required.
- You must honor unsubscribe, deletion or privacy requests that apply to your own leads.
- Mentorella may send operational notifications, but it is not responsible for how users communicate outside the platform.
7. Google Calendar and third-party integrations
Optional integrations may require access to third-party accounts, such as Google Calendar.
- You authorize Mentorella to perform only the actions needed for the enabled integration.
- You are responsible for connecting the correct Google account and calendar.
- Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limits and verification requirements.
8. AI-assisted tools
AI features can help draft content, suggest funnels and review risk, but they are not a substitute for human review.
- You must review AI-generated content before publishing.
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for regulated claims.
- Mentorella does not guarantee that AI-generated content is legally compliant or commercially successful.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Mentorella.
- Do not use the service for spam, fraud, malware, phishing, harassment, illegal content or deceptive marketing.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits or access restrictions.
- Do not upload content that violates rights, privacy or applicable laws.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if there is abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal risk or serious violation of these Terms.
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- Some records may remain for legal, billing, audit or security purposes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Mentorella is provided on an as-available basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific rankings, business results, lead volume, income or third-party service availability.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mentorella is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit or consequential damages.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves.
- The updated date on this page shows the latest version.
- Continued use of the service after changes means the updated Terms apply.
